**Officially Licensed USMC VMFA-121 Green Knights Sticker — Marine Fighter Attack Squadron Vinyl Sticker**

The Green Knights — the most storied lineage in Marine tactical aviation. From 14 aces over Guadalcanal to the first operational F-35B squadron, VMFA-121 has been leading the charge since 1941.

VMFA-121, the "Green Knights," was activated on June 24, 1941, making it one of the oldest squadrons in Marine Corps aviation. During the Guadalcanal Campaign of 1942, flying F4F Wildcats, the squadron produced 14 aces — the highest tally by any Marine squadron in a single campaign. Through the decades, the Green Knights flew F4U Corsairs, A-4 Skyhawks, A-6 Intruders, and F/A-18 Hornets, deploying to every major conflict. The squadron's A-6 Intruders served with distinction during Desert Storm. In July 2015, VMFA-121 made history again as the first operational F-35B Lightning II squadron in the Marine Corps, achieving Initial Operational Capability at MCAS Yuma before forward-deploying to MCAS Iwakuni, Japan — putting fifth-generation stealth fighters at the tip of the spear in the Indo-Pacific theater.
