Shipping policy

For international shipments:  We can no longer be responsible for lost international shipments or shipments that don't make it past another countries customs.  International shipments are REQUIRED to purchase the Route shipping protection and you will be responsible for filing a claim, if the shipment is lost or does not make it.  Credit card chargebacks for bounced back or lost orders are NOT AUTHORIZED.

Generally, orders will be filled within one day.  If patches are out of stock, we may wait until they are restocked before shipping a small order of 1-3 patches.  We can do partial fulfills on larger orders and ship out of stock patches at a later date.  We do our best to keep patches in stock.  All orders remain "open" until all of the patches are shipped.  We track open orders daily.  We will hold international orders until all patches are available to ship.

We urge you to consider UPS as a shipping option. The US Postal Service has become somewhat unreliable.
