What custom apparel products can I request?

Fly Boys helmet bags, G-1 flight jackets, custom T-shirts, embroidered polos, and embroidered ball caps.

How is apparel pricing finalized?

T-shirts start at $20 each for Next Level/Bella Canvas/dri-fits and $15 each for Gildan/Fruit of the Loom. Embroidered polos are $30 each for quantity 1-30 and $25 each for quantity 30+. Embroidered ball caps are $25 each for quantity 1-50 and $20 each for quantity 50+. Final quote is confirmed after artwork and spec review.

Do I need to submit one request per product type?

No. Use one request for mixed programs and list each product type with its quantity and notes.

When should I submit my deadline?

Submit the exact required-by date in the request form so production feasibility can be confirmed.

Do you offer leather patch sewing on jackets?

Yes. If you purchase the leather patches and jacket from us, we ship them to Korea for sewing at no charge. If you need leather patches sewn on your jacket at our shop (401 Anchor St, Corpus Christi, TX 78418), pricing is $40 per patch if you did not purchase jacket or patches from us, and $20 per patch if you purchased the jacket and/or patches from us.

Are custom apparel orders refundable?

No. Custom apparel orders are made-to-order and non-refundable once approved and produced.

What files can I upload?

JPG, PNG, and PDF files up to 10MB are accepted.
