**Officially Licensed USMC VMA(AW)-121 Green Knights Sticker — Marine All-Weather Attack Squadron Vinyl Sticker**
The Green Knights — 14 aces over Guadalcanal, decades of all-weather attack, and a legacy that stretches from the Solomon Islands to the F-35B Lightning II.
VMA(AW)-121, the "Green Knights," traces its lineage to 24 June 1941, making it one of the oldest squadrons in Marine aviation. Flying F4F Wildcats over Guadalcanal in 1942, the Green Knights produced 14 aces — the most of any Marine squadron in a single campaign. The squadron evolved through multiple airframes including the A-6 Intruder, becoming one of the Marine Corps' premier all-weather attack units capable of delivering ordnance day or night in any conditions. Now redesignated VMFA-121 and flying the F-35B Lightning II from MCAS Iwakuni, Japan, the Green Knights were the first operational F-35B squadron in the Marine Corps, achieving IOC in 2015.
