Custom Tennessee Tri-Star state shoulder patch.

Three stars, three Grand Divisions — Tennessee on the shoulder.

The Tennessee Tri-Star — the three white stars inside a blue circle on the state flag — represents Tennessee's three Grand Divisions: East, Middle, and West Tennessee. The flag was designed in 1905 by Captain LeRoy Reeves of the Tennessee Infantry, and the Tri-Star design has been a fixture on Volunteer State military gear ever since. This shoulder patch is built for Tennessee-rooted active-duty service members and veterans across the U.S. armed forces — from the U.S. Navy and Marine Corps personnel passing through NAS Memphis (now NSA Mid-South) and Naval Recruit Training Command (NRTC) Memphis to today's Tennessee Air National Guard 134th Air Refueling Wing at McGhee Tyson ANGB and the 118th Wing at Nashville (Berry Field), the Tennessee Army National Guard 278th Armored Cavalry Regiment, and the long line of Volunteers who've served in every branch since the War of 1812 earned the state its nickname. Whether you're a sailor stationed in Memphis, a Marine from East Tennessee on a Pacific deployment, an Air Guard tanker pilot at McGhee Tyson, or a soldier from Middle Tennessee deployed forward, this patch puts the Tri-Star on your shoulder. Pair it with a service-specific patch to mark home state alongside the unit colors.

Perfect For: Tennessee-born active-duty military and veterans across all services, NSA Mid-South / NAS Memphis Sailors and Marines, Tennessee Air National Guard 134th ARW and 118th Wing personnel, Tennessee Army National Guard Soldiers, Volunteer State military families, and home-state pride flight-suit gear collectors.

Tennessee Tri-Star — Volunteer State on the shoulder, three stars strong.
