MCB Camp Lejeune is the East Coast home of the II Marine Expeditionary Force and the heart of Marine amphibious warfare. This officially licensed patch represents every Marine who has trained and served at one of the Corps' most important installations.

Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune, located in Jacksonville, North Carolina, is the primary East Coast base for Marine amphibious and expeditionary forces. The base is home to the II Marine Expeditionary Force, 2nd Marine Division, and 2nd Marine Logistics Group. Camp Lejeune's 156,000 acres include 11 miles of beach ideal for amphibious training, extensive maneuver areas, and numerous training facilities that support the full range of Marine Corps operations.
