Officially Licensed USMC MARSOC EOD Patches - Marine Forces Special Operations Command Explosive Ordnance Disposal Special Operations Capabilities Specialist (SOCS-E) Officially Licensed Embroidered Patch.

The quiet professionals who clear the path — MARSOC EOD specialists carry the only organic SOF EOD capability in all of USSOCOM, operating alone where others work in teams.

MARSOC was activated on 24 February 2006 at Camp Lejeune, North Carolina, as the Marine Corps' permanent contribution to United States Special Operations Command. Within that command, EOD technicians serve as Special Operations Capabilities Specialists, designated SOCS-E, and hold a unique distinction: they are the only EOD technicians across all USSOCOM component commands who operate independently as a one-man EOD team leader fully integrated into a Marine Special Operations Team. They are not bolt-on attachments. They train, deploy, and fight alongside Critical Skills Operators and are held to the same physical standards. MARSOC EOD provides four pillars of support to the force: assault support, technical support and technical surveillance, sensitive site exploitation, and theater counter-weapons of mass destruction operations. To earn that billet, candidates complete the MARSOF EOD Level 1 course and the Special Operations Training Course, which includes SERE training and SOF-specific skills before ever joining a deployed team. That pipeline and that patch represent a community that works in politically sensitive and hostile environments as the sole explosive hazard expert on the ground.

Perfect For: MARSOC EOD veterans and SOCS-E alumni, Marine Raider Regiment supporters, Camp Lejeune and Camp Pendleton special operations collectors, EOD community historians, shadow box and memorial display builders, challenge coin and patch panel collectors, deployment keepsake seekers, and family members who want a respectful tribute to the Marines who cleared the way for every Raider team that came home. It also suits serious unit-history collectors building a complete MARSOC display alongside Raider Battalion, MSOT, and USSOCOM pieces.

MARSOC EOD heritage — stitched for the specialists who stood alone and brought the team home.
