Officially Licensed US Navy SERE Survival Evasion Resistance and Escape Patch — SERE School Embroidered Patch

Survive, evade, resist, escape — the training that brings you home.

SERE (Survival, Evasion, Resistance, and Escape) is one of the most physically and psychologically demanding training programs in the United States military. Required for all Naval Aviators, Naval Flight Officers, and other personnel at high risk of capture, SERE school teaches students how to survive in hostile environments, evade enemy forces, resist interrogation if captured, and escape from captivity. The training draws on decades of lessons learned from American POW experiences, from World War II through Vietnam and beyond.

SERE students are subjected to simulated captivity scenarios designed to test their physical and mental resilience under extreme stress, including sleep deprivation, environmental exposure, and resistance to interrogation techniques. The program also teaches practical survival skills — shelter construction, fire starting, water procurement, land navigation, and evasion tactics — that could mean the difference between life and death if an aviator is forced down behind enemy lines. SERE graduates carry these skills and the mental toughness forged during the course throughout their military careers. This patch represents the brotherhood of those who have endured one of the most challenging training experiences in the armed forces.

Perfect For: SERE school graduates, Naval Aviators and Flight Officers, aircrew members across all branches, special operations personnel, survival training instructors, and military patch collectors who respect the program that prepares warriors for the worst.

Return with honor — SERE trained and mission ready.

Size is shown on the product page and updates with the variant you select (example: 3"). If you’re mounting on a hat or small panel, choose smaller sizes; for plate carriers and display boards, larger sizes fit better.

If the product is officially licensed, it will say “Officially Licensed” in the title and/or in the product details. If it doesn’t, it’s still a legitimate product—just not part of a licensed program.
