Officially Licensed US Navy HSM-41 Seahawks Squadron Patch — Helicopter Maritime Strike Squadron Embroidered Patch

Where every West Coast Romeo pilot earns their wings — HSM-41 is the Fleet Replacement Squadron that builds MH-60R crews from the ground up.

Helicopter Maritime Strike Squadron 41 (HSM-41), the "Seahawks," is the U.S. Navy's West Coast Fleet Replacement Squadron for the MH-60R Seahawk helicopter. Based at Naval Air Station North Island, Coronado, California, HSM-41 trains all Pacific Fleet MH-60R pilots, aircrewmen, and maintenance personnel before they report to fleet HSM squadrons aboard destroyers, cruisers, and carriers. The MH-60R is the Navy's primary anti-submarine and anti-surface warfare helicopter, equipped with dipping sonar, sonobuoys, Hellfire missiles, and an advanced integrated sensor suite. HSM-41 takes newly designated aviators and transforms them into combat-ready helicopter maritime strike crews — the front line of the Navy's undersea and surface warfare capability.

Perfect For:
HSM-41 Seahawks instructors and students, MH-60R Seahawk aircrew, NAS North Island aviation personnel, West Coast HSM squadron members, and US Navy helicopter strike patch collectors.

Seahawks. Building Romeo crews for the fleet.
