Officially Licensed 4th LAR Light Armored Reconnaissance Battalion Patch — Iron Horse Marines

The Iron Horse Marines of 4th LAR have been running and gunning in LAV-25s since the Reserve proved it could fight alongside the regulars.

4th Light Armored Reconnaissance Battalion (4th LAR), the Iron Horse, is a Marine Forces Reserve unit under 4th Marine Division. Equipped with the LAV-25 Light Armored Vehicle, 4th LAR conducts reconnaissance, screening, and economy-of-force operations as part of the Marine Corps' reserve combat power. Based at Marine Corps Air Station Camp Pendleton, the battalion maintains readiness to deploy alongside active-duty units when called upon. 4th LAR's Marines are citizen-warriors who master the art of armored reconnaissance during drill weekends and annual training, standing ready to augment the active component whenever the nation needs them.

Perfect For: 4th LAR veterans, Iron Horse Marines, LAV crewmen, 4th Marine Division personnel, and Marine Forces Reserve supporters.

Iron Horse — fast, lethal, and always in Reserve.
