Marine Medium Tiltrotor Squadron 165's Night Systems Instructors are the squadron's subject matter experts on night vision devices, infrared systems, and the unique challenges of operating the MV-22B Osprey after dark. NSIs develop and implement night training programs, evaluate aircrew proficiency in degraded visual environments, and ensure that VMM-165 maintains full-spectrum capability around the clock.
