Marine Air Support Squadron 2 (MASS-2) provides the Direct Air Support Center (DASC) that coordinates all aviation support for the Marine ground combat element. The Tactical Air Command Center (TACC) Company is the operational heart of MASS-2, processing air support requests and coordinating strikes. The dodgeball patch is a morale piece celebrating the company's intramural athletics — because even air support coordinators need to blow off steam.
