The CH-46 Sea Knight served the Marine Corps for over 50 years as the workhorse of medium-lift assault support. From Vietnam through every major Marine operation until its retirement, the Phrog hauled Marines, cargo, and casualties into and out of every LZ the Corps opened. This challenge coin commemorates the final flight of the CH-46 — the end of one of the longest chapters in Marine aviation history.
