USMC 3rd ANGLICO Patch — USMC Embroidered Patch

Goldwingers — 3rd Air Naval Gunfire Liaison Company

Jump-qualified. Fire support certified. Trained to embed with any force on the planet and bring the full spectrum of Marine and naval firepower to bear. This patch represents 3rd ANGLICO — one of only two reserve ANGLICO units that maintained their airborne mission when every active-duty ANGLICO was deactivated.

3rd ANGLICO is a reserve unit based in Long Beach, California, under Marine Forces Reserve. When the active-duty ANGLICO units — 1st and 2nd — were deactivated in 1999, only 3rd and 4th ANGLICO survived, preserving the jump mission and earning their Marines the distinction of "Goldwingers" for their airborne qualification and Navy and Marine Corps Parachutist insignia. Reserve ANGLICO Marines receive airborne training at Fort Benning's Army Airborne School and are trained in SERE, small boat insertion, and advanced fire support coordination. 3rd ANGLICO Marines deploy with U.S. Army divisions, allied forces, and coalition partners worldwide, providing Firepower Control Teams and Supporting Arms Liaison Teams. The unit has supported combat operations in Iraq and Afghanistan as part of the Global War on Terror and continues to train with allied nations across the globe.

Perfect For: 3rd ANGLICO veterans, reserve ANGLICO Marines, jump-qualified fire support personnel, Goldwingers, and anyone who knows that the most dangerous Marines sometimes wear gold wings.

Reserve ANGLICO. Airborne qualified. Always lethal.

Size is shown on the product page and updates with the variant you select (example: 3"). If you’re mounting on a hat or small panel, choose smaller sizes; for plate carriers and display boards, larger sizes fit better.
