Marine Observation Squadron 4 (VMO-4) "Evil Eyes" was a United States Marine Corps observation and surveillance squadron whose primary mission was providing visual and electronic reconnaissance for Marine ground forces. This PVC patch presents the Evil Eyes identity in a durable, modern format that honors the squadron's legacy of battlefield observation and intelligence gathering.

VMO-4's mission was to be the eyes of the Marine Air-Ground Task Force, using specialized aircraft and sensors to observe enemy movements, direct artillery fire, conduct battle damage assessment, and provide the ground commander with real-time situational awareness.
