HMLAT-303 Atlas — Embroidered Patch

Atlas — The H-1 Fleet Replacement Squadron

HMLAT-303 Atlas is where every AH-1Z Viper and UH-1Y Venom pilot begins their journey. This officially licensed patch represents the Marine Corps' sole H-1 Fleet Replacement Squadron — the unit that trains every pilot and maintainer who will fly and fix the Marine Corps' light attack and utility helicopters.

HMLAT-303, the Atlas, serves as the Marine Corps' Fleet Replacement Squadron for the AH-1Z Viper and UH-1Y Venom. Based at MCAS Camp Pendleton under MAG-39, the squadron trains newly winged aviators, transitioning fleet pilots, and maintainers on the H-1 platform. Every Marine who flies or maintains the Viper and Venom passes through HMLAT-303, making it one of the most critical training units in Marine aviation. The Atlas callsign reflects the squadron's burden of carrying the entire H-1 training mission.

Perfect For:
HMLAT-303 Atlas veterans and active duty Marines, AH-1Z and UH-1Y pilots, H-1 community members, MAG-39 personnel, and fleet replacement squadron collectors.
