HMM-365 "Blue Knights" operated the CH-46E Sea Knight from MCAS New River, North Carolina, under MAG-26, 2nd Marine Aircraft Wing. The Blue Knights deployed to Vietnam, Desert Storm, and multiple MEU deployments before transitioning to the MV-22B Osprey and redesignating as VMM-365. This patch preserves the Blue Knights' CH-46 era identity.
