Officially Licensed USMC HMM-165 White Knights Sticker — Marine Medium Helicopter Squadron CH-46 Sea Knight Vinyl Sticker

The White Knights — one of the most deployed helicopter squadrons in Marine Corps history.

HMM-165 "White Knights" was commissioned on September 1, 1962, and became one of the Marine Corps' most active medium helicopter squadrons over the next five decades. Flying the CH-46 Sea Knight, the White Knights deployed to Vietnam in 1966, where they flew thousands of assault support, troop transport, and medevac missions. The squadron later deployed aboard amphibious ships in support of operations in the Persian Gulf, Somalia, East Timor, Iraq, and Afghanistan. HMM-165 was notably one of the first Marine helicopter squadrons to operate in Afghanistan during the opening months of Operation Enduring Freedom in 2001. The White Knights transitioned to the MV-22B Osprey and redesignated as VMM-165 in 2014, ending over 50 years of Sea Knight operations.

Perfect For:
HMM-165 and VMM-165 White Knights past and present, CH-46 Sea Knight veterans, Marine medium helicopter aviators, and Phrog-era sticker collectors.
