Officially Licensed USMC HMM-164 Knightriders Patch — Marine Medium Helicopter Squadron CH-46 Sea Knight Embroidered Patch
The Knightriders — from Marble Mountain to Camp Pendleton, flying the Phrog everywhere the Corps needed them.
HMM-164 "Knightriders" was activated in 1964 and brought the first CH-46 Sea Knights into combat in Vietnam in March 1966. The squadron supported every major operation in I Corps including Operation Hastings and Meade River. After Vietnam, the Knightriders continued to deploy aboard amphibious ships and later transitioned to the MV-22B Osprey as VMM-164. This patch captures the Knightriders' classic CH-46 era identity.
Perfect For:
HMM-164 Knightriders alumni, CH-46 Sea Knight veterans, Marine medium helicopter aviators, and USMC squadron patch collectors.
