**Officially Licensed USMC HMLA-369 Gunfighters Full Color Squadron Sticker — Marine Light Attack Helicopter Squadron Vinyl Sticker**
Activated during Vietnam, first in theater for Desert Storm, first in Somalia, and still flying Vipers and Venoms out of Camp Pendleton. The Gunfighters don't just have history — they are history.
HMLA-369, the "Gunfighters," is one of the most storied light attack helicopter squadrons in the Marine Corps. Activated on April 1, 1972, at MCAS Futenma, Okinawa, the squadron immediately deployed to North Vietnam for Operation MARHUK — the first offensive air operations with attack helicopters, earning the MCAA Helicopter Squadron of the Year Award. The Gunfighters were the first HMLA in theater for Desert Shield in August 1990, deployed as the sole light attack squadron in Somalia during Operation Restore Hope, aided in the evacuation of Americans from Rwanda, and completed multiple combat tours in Iraq and Afghanistan. Now flying AH-1Z Vipers and UH-1Y Venoms from MCAS Camp Pendleton under MAG-39 and 3rd MAW, the Gunfighters continue to set the standard for Skid Kids everywhere.
