HMLA-267 "Stingers" operates AH-1Z Vipers and UH-1Y Venoms out of MCAS Camp Pendleton under MAG-39, 3rd Marine Aircraft Wing. The Stingers have been delivering close air support, armed reconnaissance, and armed escort since their commissioning in 1968. This no hook & loop variant is designed for sewing onto flight jackets, leather A-2 jackets, and for permanent shadow box display where a clean, stitched finish is preferred over Velcro attachment.
