This officially licensed patch represents the Marines who serve at one of the premier military aviation training installations in the world.

Marine Corps Air Station Yuma, located in southwestern Arizona, is one of the Marine Corps' most important aviation training installations. The air station hosts the Marine Aviation Weapons and Tactics Squadron One (MAWTS-1), which conducts the legendary Weapons and Tactics Instructor (WTI) course. Yuma's clear skies, vast ranges, and extreme desert conditions make it the ideal location for advanced tactical training, weapons testing, and combined arms exercises. The station also supports AV-8B Harrier and F-35B Lightning II operations.
