This officially licensed patch represents service at the Corps' premier combat training installation.

Marine Corps Air Ground Combat Center Twentynine Palms, located in the Mojave Desert of Southern California, is the Marine Corps' premier combined arms training facility. The base's 932 square miles of desert terrain provide the space for large-scale live-fire exercises, combined arms maneuver, and integrated training that brings together infantry, artillery, armor, and aviation. Every deploying unit passes through 29 Palms for pre-deployment training.
