Official MALS-36 Ordnance AGM-114 Hellfire PVC Patch - Marine Aviation Logistics Squadron 36 (MALS-36) Bladerunner Ordnance Department AGM-114 Hellfire missile PVC patch, MCAS Futenma, Okinawa.

Bladerunner ordnance pride, forward-deployed precision, and the quiet professionalism of the Marines who arm the fight.

MALS-36, nicknamed Bladerunner, is an aviation logistics support unit of the United States Marine Corps based at Marine Corps Air Station Futenma, Okinawa, Japan, operating under Marine Aircraft Group 36 and the 1st Marine Aircraft Wing. The squadron traces its lineage to Headquarters Squadron 36, established in June 1952 at MCAS Tustin, California, and was redesignated Marine Aviation Logistics Squadron 36 on 1 October 1988. Since then it has supported operations ranging from Operation Restore Hope in Somalia to a GWOT-era deployment to Iraq in 2007 attached to HMM-262. Today its mission is to provide task-organized, worldwide deployable aviation logistics to sustain combat operations across the USINDOPACOM area of responsibility. The squadron's ordnance mission covers the full Class V(a) ammunition cycle, from requisitioning and storage through assembly, transportation, and issue at expeditionary airfields, keeping MAG-36 attack assets armed and ready across the Indo-Pacific. The AGM-114 Hellfire is the precision air-to-ground weapon at the center of that work, carried by Marine AH-1Z Viper attack helicopters and capable of engaging armor, bunkers, and a wide range of hardened targets. Originally developed as a heliborne laser fire-and-forget missile, the Hellfire has remained central to Marine attack aviation for decades. MALS-36 ordnance Marines are the hands-on specialists who ensure every round is properly handled, assembled, and staged before it ever reaches the flight line. This PVC patch captures that specific identity, connecting the Bladerunner unit name with the Hellfire weapon system in a durable, field-ready format suited for gear, patch panels, flight bags, and shadow box displays.

Perfect For: MALS-36 veterans and active-duty Marines, MAG-36 ordnance technicians, Marine attack aviation supporters, AH-1Z Viper community members, 1st Marine Aircraft Wing collectors, Okinawa-based Marine Corps alumni, aviation ordnance MOS veterans, deployment keepsake displays, challenge coin and patch boards, reunion gifts, and anyone building a serious Marine aviation logistics or weapons collection around Indo-Pacific forward-deployed heritage.

Bladerunner ordnance heritage, built for the board, the bag, and the shadow box.
