The Warriors of MALS-24 are the aviation logistics force that keeps MAG-24's expeditionary aircraft ready to deploy across the vast Pacific theater at a moment's notice. From their base at MCAS Kaneohe Bay, Hawaii, these Marines maintain the readiness of one of the Marine Corps' most forward-deployed aviation groups.
MALS-24 provides aviation logistics support, guidance, planning, and direction to Marine Aircraft Group 24 squadrons, as well as logistics support for collocated Navy squadrons and aeronautical support equipment. The Warriors maintain readiness for MAG-24's diverse fleet of rotary wing and tiltrotor aircraft, supporting deployments across the Indo-Pacific region. As part of the 1st Marine Aircraft Wing and III Marine Expeditionary Force, MALS-24 ensures that Marine aviation in the Pacific always has the maintenance, supply, and ordnance support needed to respond to any contingency.
