VMM-362 Ugly Angels SPMGTF 21.1 Patch — Ugly Never Looked So Good Downrange
The Ugly Angels traded home station for the SPMGTF — and made ugly look beautiful in the field.
Marine Medium Tiltrotor Squadron 362, the Ugly Angels, deployed as part of Special Purpose Marine Air-Ground Task Force 21.1, providing MV-22B Osprey assault support and crisis response capability. The SPMGTF construct allows the Marine Corps to forward-deploy tailored, rapidly deployable forces to respond to contingencies, embassy reinforcement, or humanitarian crises. VMM-362's participation in SPMGTF 21.1 demonstrated the flexibility and readiness of Marine tiltrotor units to operate far from home in austere and demanding environments.
Perfect For: VMM-362 veterans, SPMGTF participants, Osprey aircrew, and deployment patch collectors.
Ugly by name, lethal by reputation — the Angels answered the call.
