Marine Medium Tiltrotor Squadron 265 (VMM-265), the Dragons, operates the MV-22B Osprey from Okinawa, Japan. This blackout PVC patch represents the Dragons in their REIN (Reinforced) configuration with subdued, low-visibility coloring. The blackout format is designed for tactical environments where standard colorful patches would compromise concealment. VMM-265's REIN designation means they deploy with additional aircraft and personnel attached, creating a composite aviation combat element.
