VMFA-115 Ordnance, Chu-Lai Vietnam Patch — USMC Marine Fighter Attack Squadron Vietnam-Era Embroidered Patch
Straight from the flightline at Chu Lai — where the Silver Eagles' ordnance Marines kept the bombs on the rails and the jets in the fight.
This patch is a faithful reproduction of the original VMFA-115 ordnance section patch worn at Chu Lai, Vietnam. The Silver Eagles operated F-4 Phantoms out of Chu Lai Air Base during some of the heaviest combat operations of the Vietnam War, and the ordnance crews — the Marines who loaded every bomb, rocket, and missile — were the unsung backbone of every sortie. A Vietnam veteran from VMFA-115 personally requested this exact reproduction to preserve the legacy of the men who armed the Eagles.
• Embroidered Vietnam-era reproduction patch
• Dense stitching with merrowed border for authentic appearance
• Exact reproduction of the original unit design
