VMM-365 "Blue Knights" is a Marine medium tiltrotor squadron operating the MV-22B Osprey out of MCAS New River, North Carolina, under MAG-26, 2nd Marine Aircraft Wing. Originally commissioned as HMM-365 in 1962, the Blue Knights have deployed in support of operations across the globe — from Vietnam to Desert Storm to the Global War on Terror. The squadron's transition to the Osprey brought a new era of speed and range to the Blue Knights' assault support mission, but the core mission remains the same: get Marines where they need to be, when they need to be there.
