This PVC patch represents the Stingers' relationship with the 31st MEU, providing close air support, armed escort, reconnaissance, and utility transport from amphibious ship flight decks. HMLA-267's AH-1Z Vipers and UH-1Y Venoms give the 31st MEU organic attack and utility helicopter capability for crisis response across the Indo-Pacific region.
