This embroidered patch represents Combat Logistics Battalion 31 (CLB-31), the logistics combat element of the 31st Marine Expeditionary Unit. CLB-31 provides supply, maintenance, transportation, medical, and engineering support to the 31st MEU during deployments across the Indo-Pacific region. As part of America's only continuously forward-deployed MEU, CLB-31 must maintain constant readiness to support crisis response operations at a moment's notice. Without CLB-31's logistics support, the 31st MEU's combat forces can't sustain operations ashore.
