Officially Licensed USMC VMAT-203 Skyhawks Sticker - Marine Attack Training Squadron 203 (VMAT-203) Hawks Officially Licensed Vinyl Sticker.

Hawks identity, Harrier lineage, and nearly 75 years of Marine Corps attack aviation heritage in one clean, durable sticker.

Marine Attack Training Squadron 203 traces its roots to 1947, when VMT-1 stood up at Marine Corps Air Station Cherry Point, North Carolina. Redesignated VMAT-203 in May 1972, the squadron built its identity around training replacement aircrews for Fleet Marine Force attack duty, first on the A-4 Skyhawk and then on the AV-8 Harrier family. When the first AV-8B Harrier II arrived in December 1983, VMAT-203 became the sole Marine Corps squadron responsible for producing every Harrier pilot who followed, covering the full pipeline from simulator sessions and flight-line instruction to weapons delivery and V/STOL qualification. Operating under Marine Aircraft Group 14 and the 2nd Marine Aircraft Wing at Cherry Point, the Hawks accumulated over 12,000 flight hours in their final years alone and trained more than 400 AV-8B pilots across the squadron's last decade and a half of service. The squadron was decommissioned on October 29, 2021, as the Marine Corps completed its transition to the F-35B Lightning II, closing a chapter that shaped close air support readiness for generations of Marine aviators. The Skyhawks name on this sticker honors the A-4 era that defined the squadron's early attack training identity before the Harrier took over the mission.

Perfect for VMAT-203 Hawks alumni, AV-8B Harrier pilots and maintainers, Marine Corps aviation collectors, MCAS Cherry Point veterans, 2nd Marine Aircraft Wing supporters, MAG-14 community members, shadow box builders, gear and helmet bag displays, and anyone preserving the story of Marine Corps V/STOL attack aviation from the Skyhawk era through the final Harrier II sundown ceremony.

Hawks heritage, Skyhawk roots, Harrier legacy — carried forward on every surface that matters.
