The 4th Force Service Support Group (4th FSSG), now redesignated as 4th Marine Logistics Group, provided combat service support to Marine Forces Reserve from New Orleans, Louisiana. The FSSG supplied, maintained, and transported everything the Marine Corps needed to fight — from beans and bullets to fuel and medical support.
