Reserve artillery units have deployed to Desert Storm, Iraq, and Afghanistan, integrating seamlessly with active component formations and delivering the same devastating fire support expected of any Marine artillery unit. The regiment's batteries are spread across the country, training on weekends and during annual exercises to maintain the proficiency that combat demands.
