The 10th Marine Regiment is the artillery regiment of the 2nd Marine Division, based at Camp Lejeune, North Carolina. Headquarters Battery provides the command, control, and coordination element for the regiment's artillery battalions, ensuring that every fire mission — from 155mm howitzers to HIMARS rocket systems — is delivered with precision and devastating effect. The 10th Marines' history stretches back to World War I, and the regiment has provided fire support in every major conflict since — from the beaches of Tarawa and Saipan in WWII to Desert Storm, Iraq, and Afghanistan. Artillery is the king of battle, and the 10th Marines have been the 2nd MARDIV's kings for over a century.
