Officially Licensed US Navy VAQ-141 Shadowhawks Coin — Electronic Attack Squadron 141 Military Challenge Coin

Shadowhawks coined — VAQ-141's legacy of electronic warfare excellence in your pocket.

Electronic Attack Squadron 141 (VAQ-141), the "Shadowhawks," is the United States Navy's only permanently forward-deployed EA-18G Growler electronic attack squadron, based at Marine Corps Air Station Iwakuni, Japan, as part of Carrier Air Wing 5. Since their establishment on July 1, 1987, at NAS Whidbey Island, Washington, the Shadowhawks have compiled one of the most impressive combat records in electronic warfare aviation — providing critical suppression of enemy air defenses during Desert Storm, Bosnia, Kosovo, Operation Enduring Freedom, and Operation Iraqi Freedom. The squadron achieved a 100% mission success rate during the 2003 invasion of Iraq and made history as the first Growler squadron to complete a ship-based deployment. This challenge coin carries the Shadowhawks' legacy in a format built for trading, display, and the time-honored tradition of coin checks.

Perfect For: VAQ-141 Shadowhawks active-duty and veteran personnel, EA-18G Growler crews, electronic warfare officers, challenge coin collectors, and Indo-Pacific forward-deployed Navy personnel.

Shadowhawks — coined from the shadows.
