Officially Licensed US Navy HT-28 Hellions Squadron Sticker - Helicopter Training Squadron 28 (HT-28) Hellions officially licensed vinyl sticker, NAS Whiting Field, Training Air Wing Five.

Callsign Lucky, motto Professionalism, Integrity, and Judgment, and a dragon-and-torch emblem that says everything about what it takes to earn the Wings of Gold.

HT-28 was established on May 25, 2007, when the Chief of Naval Operations directed the creation of a third advanced helicopter training squadron at NAS Whiting Field in Milton, Florida, drawing its founding instructors from sister squadrons HT-8 and HT-18. Under Training Air Wing Five, the Hellions train Navy, Marine Corps, Coast Guard, and allied student naval aviators in primary and advanced rotary-wing flight, and also run a condensed syllabus for prospective MV-22 Osprey pilots. The squadron's tri-color insignia carries deliberate meaning: deep blue for naval operations over the world's oceans, olive green for Marine Corps power projection ashore, and red for the shared heritage of valor across both services. The black dragon coiled around a lighted torch represents wisdom, ferocity, and the transfer of knowledge from one generation of aviators to the next. The Hellions name itself is a play on the word helicopter, a nod to the student pilots being shaped into disciplined military aviators, and it honors the lineage of VMF-218, the only other squadron in U.S. military history to carry that name. This officially licensed vinyl sticker reproduces that layered identity in a durable, weather-resistant format built for flight bags, lockers, vehicle windows, cruise books, and display boards.

Perfect for Navy and Marine Corps helicopter veterans, HT-28 graduates, Wings of Gold recipients, NAS Whiting Field alumni, Training Air Wing Five supporters, rotary-wing flight students, Coast Guard aviators, MV-22 Osprey pipeline graduates, squadron maintainers, and collectors building a naval aviation training history display. It also makes a meaningful gift for families, instructors, and anyone who wants a clean, officially licensed piece tied to the people who build the next generation of fleet-ready helicopter pilots.

Hellion pride, Lucky callsign, Wings of Gold earned at Whiting Field.
