The Helicopter Sea Combat Weapons School Atlantic (HSCWSL) is the East Coast advanced tactical training institution for the Navy's helicopter sea combat community. Based at NAS Norfolk, Virginia, HSCWSL develops and teaches the tactics, techniques, and procedures that define how Navy helicopter squadrons conduct combat operations, including anti-surface warfare, search and rescue, combat search and rescue, special operations support, vertical replenishment, and airborne mine countermeasures.
