Marine Heavy Helicopter Squadron 466 (HMH-466), the "Wolfpack," operates the CH-53E Super Stallion out of MCAS Miramar, California, under MAG-16 and 3rd Marine Aircraft Wing. Since its commissioning, the Wolfpack has provided heavy-lift capability to Marines in every major operation — from humanitarian missions to combat deployments. This 40th anniversary patch commemorates four decades of service to the Fleet Marine Force.
