H&MS squadrons are the backbone of Marine aviation operations, providing the administrative, logistical, and intermediate-level maintenance support that keeps an entire aircraft group flying. The Marines of H&MS-12 maintain aircraft, manage supply chains, handle communications, and provide the ground support infrastructure that enables MAG-12's tactical squadrons to execute their combat missions. Without the Outlaws' dedication, no aircraft in the group would get off the deck.
