Training Squadron Ten (VT-10), the Wildcats, is based at NAS Pensacola and provides primary and intermediate flight training in the T-6B Texan II. The Wildcats Weapons School identifies and recognizes the squadron's most tactically proficient instructors — the pilots who not only teach the fundamentals of flight but do so at the highest level of skill and standardization. This Top Gun-style patch is earned, not given.
