Fleet Logistics Multi-Mission Squadron (VRM) operates the CMV-22B Osprey, the Navy's carrier onboard delivery variant of the tiltrotor aircraft, providing critical logistics support to carrier strike groups. The Atila design draws on the age-old naval tradition of pirate-themed morale patches — a nod to the independent, self-sufficient nature of logistics crews who operate across vast ocean distances to keep the fleet supplied and mission-ready. The black flag motif represents the squadron's ability to operate independently, delivering cargo, passengers, and mail to carriers at sea regardless of weather, distance, or threat.
