The ordnance division of Marine Aviation Logistics Squadron 36 keeps the weapons flowing to III MEF aircraft from MCAS Futenma, regardless of the season. But Okinawa summers bring a special kind of misery — oppressive heat and humidity that make handling heavy ordnance even more demanding. This summer-themed PVC morale patch celebrates the ordnancemen who push through the Pacific heat, maintaining combat readiness under 1st Marine Aircraft Wing while counting down the days until fall. IYAOYAS doesn't take a summer break.
