The Devilfish is the lifeblood of MAG-11's readiness. Every sortie flown by MAG-11 squadrons depends on MALS-11's ability to repair components, source parts, calibrate test equipment, and process the mountains of supply and maintenance paperwork that keep the logistics pipeline flowing. MALS Marines are mechanics, supply clerks, avionics technicians, ordnance specialists, and quality assurance professionals who work behind the scenes to ensure that every aircraft that launches from Miramar is fully mission-capable. This standard shoulder patch is the primary unit identifier for MALS-11 personnel.
