Officially Licensed USMC HMH-464 Large Squadron Patch — Marine Heavy Helicopter Squadron CH-53E Super Stallion Embroidered Patch
The Condors — East Coast heavy lift delivering the loads nobody else can carry.
Marine Heavy Helicopter Squadron 464 (HMH-464), the "Condors," operates the CH-53E Super Stallion out of MCAS New River, North Carolina, under Marine Aircraft Group 29 and the 2nd Marine Aircraft Wing. The Condors provide the heavy-lift helicopter capability that II Marine Expeditionary Force depends on to move the heaviest equipment, vehicles, and cargo across the battlefield. The CH-53E Super Stallion can lift 36,000 pounds externally — more than any other helicopter in the Western military inventory — making it the only aircraft in the Marine Corps capable of moving M777 howitzers, light armored vehicles, and downed aircraft.
HMH-464 has deployed in support of combat operations across multiple theaters, carrying forward the heavy-lift mission that has been a cornerstone of Marine expeditionary warfare since the introduction of the CH-53 family. The Condors' crews — pilots, crew chiefs, and aerial observers — operate in some of the most demanding flight conditions in military aviation, lifting massive external loads at low altitude in dust, darkness, and hostile fire. This large squadron patch variant provides an oversized format that showcases the Condors' distinctive insignia in full detail.
Perfect For:
HMH-464 Condors members and veterans, CH-53E Super Stallion community, MAG-29 and 2nd MAW personnel, MCAS New River Marines, and Marine heavy helicopter aviation patch collectors.
Condors. Heavy lift. Nothing too heavy.
