Official B Co. 277th ASB PVC Patch - Bravo Company, 277th Aviation Support Battalion, 10th Combat Aviation Brigade, 10th Mountain Division, U.S. Army PVC Patch.
Service For Freedom And Liberty, delivered by the Soldiers who keep the aircraft flying, the fuel flowing, and the mission moving at Fort Drum and beyond.
The 277th Aviation Support Battalion was redesignated and activated at Fort Drum, New York on 22 June 2005 as part of the Army's transition to a modular force structure, and it deployed to Afghanistan in support of Operation Enduring Freedom just seven months later. Organic to the 10th Combat Aviation Brigade and the 10th Mountain Division, the battalion earned recognition from the U.S. Army Aviation Warfighting Center as the Top Army Aviation Battalion and Top Battalion in the Combat Service Support category during its first OEF rotation. Bravo Company sits within that award-winning lineage, contributing to a full-spectrum support mission that spans aircraft maintenance and component repair, logistics distribution, medical support, ammunition and fuel management, ground recovery, and combat logistics patrols. B Co. Soldiers have also trained on Downed Aircraft Recovery Team operations across stateside and European training areas, reinforcing the company's role in keeping the brigade's rotary-wing fleet ready under any condition. That depth of mission makes this PVC patch more than a unit souvenir; it marks the mechanics, logisticians, and support Soldiers whose daily work enabled the 10th CAB to sustain tens of thousands of combat flight hours across multiple deployments.
Perfect For: 277th ASB veterans and active Soldiers, Bravo Company alumni, 10th Combat Aviation Brigade supporters, 10th Mountain Division collectors, Fort Drum community members, Operation Enduring Freedom and Operation Iraqi Freedom veterans, aviation maintenance and logistics professionals, family members honoring a deployed Soldier's service, shadow box and patch panel displays, challenge coin collections, and reunion keepsakes tied to Army combat aviation support heritage.
Bravo Company pride, stitched in PVC, built for the board and the shadow box.
