Legacy US Customs 2nd CROCC (C3I West) Patch — Federal Law Enforcement Aviation Embroidered Patch
Before it was AMOC, it was C3I West — and you either ran the board or you answered to it. This patch is pure legacy Customs air ops.
The 2nd Customs Regional Operations Communications Center (CROCC), also known as C3I West, served as the western hub of U.S. Customs Air Branch command, control, communications, and intelligence operations. Working in concert with the eastern CROCC (later consolidated into the Air and Marine Operations Center in Riverside, California), C3I West coordinated the detection, tracking, and interception of suspect aircraft across the western United States, Pacific approaches, and the Southwest border. This was the nerve center where radar tracks became intercepts — a critical link in America's aerial drug interdiction architecture.
