CH-37 Vietnam Ribbon Patch — Sikorsky CH-37 Mojave Vietnam Era Service Ribbon Embroidered Patch

CH-37 Mojave Vietnam — the Marine Corps' first heavy-lift helicopter, paired with the Vietnam era service ribbon.

The Sikorsky CH-37 Mojave was the Marine Corps' first true heavy-lift helicopter, capable of carrying loads no previous rotary-wing aircraft could handle. With its distinctive clamshell nose doors that allowed vehicles and equipment to be loaded directly into the fuselage, the Mojave bridged the gap between the utility helicopters of the Korean War and the CH-53 Sea Stallion that would become the Marine heavy-lift standard. This ribbon patch combines the Vietnam era service ribbon with the helicopter that pioneered Marine heavy-lift operations.

Perfect For:
CH-37 Mojave pilots and crews, Marine heavy-lift helicopter pioneers, Sikorsky heavy helicopter enthusiasts, Vietnam era service ribbon collectors, and USMC helicopter heritage patch collectors.

CH-37 Mojave Vietnam. Service ribbon. First heavy lifter.
