AV-8 Harrier II+ Sticker - McDonnell Douglas AV-8B Harrier II Plus USMC V/STOL Attack Aircraft Vinyl Sticker.
Jump jet identity, expeditionary spirit, and forty years of Marine close air support heritage in one clean vinyl sticker.
The AV-8B Harrier II is a single-engine ground-attack aircraft capable of vertical or short takeoff and landing, primarily employed on light attack and multi-role missions ranging from close air support of ground troops to armed reconnaissance. The Harrier II Plus variant, designated AV-8B+, added the AN/APG-65 radar shared with the F/A-18 Hornet, expanding its capability in both air-to-air and precision-strike missions. That combination of V/STOL basing flexibility and radar-guided lethality made the Harrier II+ the most capable version of the Marine Corps jump jet. During Operation Desert Storm, the Harrier II was the first Marine Corps tactical strike platform to arrive in theater, operating from positions as close as 35 nautical miles from the Kuwait border, making it the most forward-deployed tactical strike aircraft in the conflict. Over its service life, the aircraft participated in Desert Shield and Desert Storm, operations in the Balkans, campaigns in Iraq and Afghanistan, and missions in the Caribbean and the Middle East. The USMC held a formal Sundown Ceremony on June 3, 2026, at MCAS Cherry Point, retiring the type after more than four decades of expeditionary service. This vinyl sticker captures that legacy in a durable, weather-resistant format suited for gear, vehicles, laptops, flight bags, and display boards.
Perfect For: Marine Corps aviation veterans, VMA squadron alumni, Harrier pilots and maintainers, MCAS Cherry Point and Yuma community members, close air support enthusiasts, military aviation collectors, shadow box builders, deployment keepsake displays, and anyone who wants to mark the end of the jump jet era with a piece tied to real Marine Corps history. It also works for families and supporters who followed the Harrier through its combat deployments and want a lasting tribute to the crews and ground teams who kept the aircraft flying from austere fields, amphibious ships, and forward operating locations across four decades of service.
Harrier II+ heritage, preserved in vinyl for the crews who flew it, fixed it, and never needed a runway.
